3. Disable Students will not be Allowed (Severe physical disabilities – Loss of limbs, paralysis, or musculoskeletal disorders that prevent running, jumping, swimming, or demonstrating sports skills. Faculty of Business and Management Sciences

Computer Science & IT

 BSCS At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination with Mathematics or equivalent qualification with Mathematics, certified by IBCC. Mathematics is the basic eligibility requirement for admission in all BS Computing Programs.
  • The students who have not studied Mathematics at intermediate level have to pass deficiency courses of Mathematics (06 credits)
BS Artificial Intelligence 1. a) At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination with Mathematics or equivalent qualification with Mathematics, certified by IBCC.

OR

b) At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination with Pre-Medical or equivalent qualification, certified by IBCC (Subject to the completion of 6 credit hours of deficiency courses)
BSIT 1. a) At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination with Mathematics or equivalent qualification with Mathematics, certified by IBCC.

MS 1. Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relavent subject.

MBA (For Business Graduates) 1.5 years 1. Applicants (1.5 years) must possess an undergraduate degree (16 years of education) in Business or Management having Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.0. A relevant qualification is defined as one in which at least 65% of the coursework is drawn from core Business or Management subjects.
2. All applicants must qualify for the GSCWU GAT /GRE (General), HAT (General), or equivalent tests with a minimum qualifying score of 50%.
MBA (For Non-Business Graduates) 2 years 1. Candidates holding a 16-year undergraduate degree in any discipline other than Business or Management, having a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.0.
2. All applicants must qualify for the GSCWU GAT /GRE (General), HAT (General), or equivalent tests with a minimum qualifying score of 50%.

3. Diploma of Associate Engineering Examination, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
4. Intermediate with Pre-Medical, securing at least 45% of marks in aggregate. The student has to study an additional course (non-credit) to fulfil the deficiency.
BS (5th Semester) 1. ADP/BSc/BA in Mathematics with at least 2.0 CGPA.
2. BA/BSc with Major in Mathematics A & B with atleast 45% of marks.

Environmental Science

 BS 1. Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering), or Equivalent. Intermediate in computer Sciences, Diploma in Agri. Sciences (DAS) 3 years/Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE).
2. No Third Division in terminal degree
3. The students who didn’t have biological background will study 1 non credit bridging course to fulfil the deficiency.

Medical Lab Technology (MLT)

 BS 1. F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent (Equivalence of F.Sc. (MLT), Higher Secondary School Certificate in (Group: Medical Technologies).
2. At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination.
3. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.

Biochemistry

 BS 1. At least 2nd Division in F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent with Biology.
2. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
For Admission in PhDThe applicant must submit Statement of purpose as an integral part of the application. A statement of purpose shall, at least, include the following:
  1. Title of the potential research proposal
  2. Clear articulation of the current understanding of the intended field and ideas for potential research
  3. Explanation of the intended impact of the proposed research
  4. The prospective candidates shall demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the area of research
