HEC Need Based Scholarship

Program includes tuition fee and a stipend of Rs. 6,000 per month for books, food and hostel expenses for selected students.

Eligibility Criteria

• Available for undergraduate students in HEC selected public sector universities and degree awarding institutions.
• Applicants must secure admission according to the university admission policy.
• Already enrolled undergraduate students facing financial hardship may also apply.
• Selection is based on financial need assessed by the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee.
• The number of scholarships is determined by the respective university.

HEC Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship (EUGS)

Program includes tuition fee and a stipend of Rs. 4,000 per month for books, food and hostel expenses for selected students.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate programs at selected public sector universities.
• Admission must be secured on merit.
• Age criteria shall be according to university regulations.
• Students already receiving another scholarship or grant are not eligible.
• Self-Support, Self-Finance and Evening Program students are not eligible.
• Distance learning students/programs are not eligible.

MORA Scholarship

Intermediate students receive an annual stipend of Rs. 6,000 for books. BS, MA/MSc students receive an annual stipend of Rs. 12,000 for selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Regular students of Government/Public Sector institutions with at least 50% marks.
• Poor, needy, orphan, disabled and minority students having good academic records are eligible.
• Monthly family income should not exceed Rs.10,000 for school level and Rs.20,000 for higher education students.

PEEF Scholarship

Monthly stipends are provided according to PEEF policy for Intermediate, BS and Master's students, including separate rates for day scholars and boarders.

Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate & Graduation Level Scholarship (Punjab)

• Must have passed Matric or Intermediate from Punjab BISE or FBISE (Punjab institutions only).
• Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Admission must be taken as a regular full-time student in the same academic year.
• Parents' monthly income must not exceed Rs.15,000.
• Special Quota includes:
  • Orphan children
  • Children of Government servants (BPS 1–4)
  • Minority students
  • Special children
  • Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks
• Applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship during the current academic year.

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Scholarship

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal provides scholarships to deserving students enrolled in Government Colleges and Universities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be enrolled in a Government educational institution.
• Applications are submitted through the institution's committee.
• Application should be addressed to the Managing Director, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal.
• Attach a valid CNIC copy. Students below 18 years should submit Form-B or parents' CNIC.
• Bonafide Certificate from the institution is mandatory.
• Bonafide Certificate should not contain any cutting or overwriting.
• Attach attested educational certificates and detailed fee slip.

Rehmat-ul-Lil-Alameen Scholarship

Scholarships are available for students who completed HSSC from Public Sector Institutions. Public Colleges and Universities nominate the top student from each academic program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must possess Punjab domicile.
• Must be studying in a Public College in Punjab.
• Must have completed Matriculation from a Public School.
• Minimum 60% marks in SSC Annual Examination.
• Must have passed Matric in 2019 or 2020.
• Must not be receiving any other scholarship.
