EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Pre-qualification for seating Catering, Decoration, Refreshment, Printing arrangements and supply of Gowns for Convocation-2017

1. Income / sales tax registered Event Management companies should submit their detail presentation on 09-03-2017 (Friday) at 11:00 am at Purchase Office.
2. The Financial bids from the qualified companies must reach in the office of the Chairperson Purchase on or before 13-03-17 at 11.00 A.M and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 A.M.in the presence of Purchase Committee.
3. 2% bid security in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of the Treasurer, the GSCW University of Bahawalpur must be attached with the bid.
4. Interested bidders may get the Tender A Form containing detailed information from the Purchase Office GSCW University of Bahawalpur during office hours 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on submission of written application on letter head and a copy of CNIC along with payment of (non refundable fee) Rs.1000/-through Bank challan HBL in the name of the Treasurer GSCW University of Bahawalpur for bidding document OR can be down loaded from this university Website gscwu.edu.pk or PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk
5. The Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
