  1. Interested bidders may get the tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions from the Treasurer’s Office, The Govt. Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur during office hours 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on submission of written application on letter head and a copy of CNIC along with payment of non-refund able fee of Rs.1000/- for each bidding document OR can be loaded from the GSCWU website www.gscwu.edu.pk or PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk
  2. 5% security of total estimated value of the above categories (Refundable) in shape of pay order shall be furnished by the bidder with the bid otherwise bid will be rejected.
  3. Single Stage/Two Envelop bidding procedure will be adopted as per PPRA Rules 38- 2(A). The Envelops shall be marked as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL &FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” in legible letters.
  4. Procurement shall be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
  5. The rates should be quoted inclusive all taxes. Copy of paid Professional tax also be provided.
  6. Any of the total bids can be rejected on the basis of evaluation criteria. Though,
  • The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal
  • The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposal, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
  1. Tender should reach the Treasurer’s Office upto 09/01/2017 by 11:30 A.M.
  2. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
  3. Tenders will be opened in the office of the Chairperson Purchase Committee in the presence of the Purchase Committee.
  4. All bids submitted after the given time shall not be accepted.
  5. Taxes will be applicable as per Govt. Rules & Regulations.
